Most acrylic signs are cut, shipped, and left to whoever is doing the installation to figure out. Misaligned by a centimetre. Mounted with double-sided tape that fails within a season. The sign that was supposed to elevate your storefront quietly becomes an embarrassment.
We cut heavy-gauge cast acrylic — not extruded, not economy grade — with flame-polished edges that catch light cleanly. Every letter, every shape, every cutout is precise to the fraction. And because installation is where most acrylic jobs go wrong, every order includes a precision laser-cut alignment stencil specific to your piece.
Apply the stencil to your wall. Position your letters exactly. Mount with architectural-grade exterior silicone or heavy-duty construction adhesive. Remove the stencil. The result is a facade that looks like it was designed into the building — because it was.
Studio Standards
Not extruded. Cast acrylic holds its edges, takes polish cleanly, and resists yellowing over time.

We recommend architectural-grade silicone or construction adhesive for a permanent, weather-proof hold.
Submitting Your Design
Acrylic work lives and dies by the quality of the source file. A clean vector means a clean cut. We review and optimize every file before production — covered by the flat $25 CAD setup fee.
Vector Files — Preferred
We accept .svg, .eps, and .ai formats. All text must be converted to outlines before submission. Vector files produce the cleanest possible engraving at any scale.
Raster Images — High Resolution Only
We accept .png and .jpg at a minimum of 300 DPI at final production scale. Images must be pure black and white — no grey, no gradients, no shadows.
A flat $25 CAD artwork setup fee is processed securely via Stripe and covers our review, scaling, and optimization of your files.
